Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SAAVA Global (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Hong Kong–based hospitality platform, concerning your access to and use of our website and services.

User Content

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have rights to any content you submit
  • Your content does not violate any third-party rights
  • Your content does not contain illegal or harmful material

Payment Terms

Fees and Pricing

  • Errors or inaccuracies in content

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or HKD 1,000, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SAAVA Global, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your use of our services
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Any content you submit to our platform

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Title
  • Accuracy or completeness

We do not warrant that our services will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
